Refund Policy

At Aspen Labs, your satisfaction matters to us. We want you to feel confident shopping with us, so we offer a straightforward return and refund policy for our kitchen and gardening products.

1. Standard Returns

We accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at teamaspenlabs@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of receiving your package at teamaspenlabs@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice — and we'll cover return shipping on our end for defective items.

3. Order Cancellations

Need to change or cancel an order? Email us as soon as possible at teamaspenlabs@gmail.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel or modify it at no charge. Once it has shipped, our standard return policy applies.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For safety reasons, we can't accept returns on:

  • Opened or used consumable items (e.g., opened soil, seed packets, or plant-care products)
  • Perishable goods

If one of these arrives damaged or defective, section 2 above still applies.

5. Return Shipping

For standard (non-defective) returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped in error.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you're approved for a refund and haven't received it after 7 business days, please:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company (posting can take a few extra days)
  • Contact your bank
