At GLWUP, your satisfaction is important to us. Because of the nature of skincare products and hygiene standards, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless a product arrives damaged or defective.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of receiving your package at teamglwup@gmail.com.
Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.

2. Order Cancellations

We cannot cancel or modify an order once it has been processed.
Please double-check your shipping information and product selection before completing your purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products under any circumstances.

4. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed within 5–7 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund after that time, please:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company (it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted)

  • Contact your bank (there is often some processing time before a refund is posted)
